Our Yoga Teacher Trainings are plant based diets with optional dairy on the side, such as cheese, milk, yogurt and butter.
We are food lovers and we love to feed people!
We use only fresh and local products we can get our hands on.
We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus teas, fruits and snacks between !
We create a container for transformation, where you can feel safe to open up, heal and rediscover your dharma. You have time and full attention of each trainer, get all the assistance you need while developing your style of teaching and expressing yourself in a positive, creative and yogic way.
Groups range from 8 -17 people depending on the location.
All trainers draw from their own personal experience, and from this open, broad perspective they allow You to become also a unique vehicle for teaching, so you are ready to go out and teach in the most authentic way, YOUR WAY.
